Neighbourly Noises.

What the?! Did they just drop a bowling ball? Are they really drilling holes in the wall at 11:00pm. Seriously vacuuming Sunday morning at a time that's truly incomprehensible?! I mean it when I say the next time someone vacuums/bowls/hangs art I will send Rocky up there to deal with them. Do your neighbours make neighbourly noises at all hours of the day and night? Let me know, and I'll send Rocky over there for you too. I might just pull a Monica and go up there to set my noisy neighbour straight. Or maybe I'll come off as crazy like Monica's neurotic neighbour from downstairs. Who's with me, anybody?
